When i start the launcher , it starts with full download speed , then it start to get slower and slower to 0.08MB/s. On my old laptop the game and the launcher ran fine. But on my new one the launcher is so extremely slow! When you first start it after installation its fine. But if you close it and want to reopen it it takes around 5 minutes till the launcher has booted (looks like an image being downloaded on a really slow internet connection).
